Community

Our community was built around a simple idea: the spaces between our homes matter just as much as the homes themselves. The park, the walking paths, the community centre, and the green areas you pass every day are shared by everyone who lives here, and they're maintained by the Association on behalf of all of us.

 

Homes here range from townhomes to single-family houses, and our residents are just as varied — families with young kids, longtime owners who've been here since the beginning, and new neighbors still learning where the good walking loops are. What everyone has in common is a stake in keeping this a clean, safe, welcoming place.

 

Your dues make that possible. They cover landscaping and grounds care, snow removal, upkeep of the common areas and amenities, insurance for shared property, and the reserve fund that pays for larger repairs before they turn into emergencies. The Association isn't run for profit. Every dollar goes back into the neighborhood, and the budget is shared with residents each year.
